Women’s Football Centre

Inclusive women and non-binary football community in Wellington, Aotearoa.

We run free football sessions, women’s tournaments and other ways to get involved in the game, whether you’re completely new to football, getting back into it, or just looking for a welcoming place to play.

You don’t need to be a club player. You don’t need to have played before.

Just come as you are, learn some football, meet some good people and have a kick.

I played football in high school and I began to dislike it because I felt the pressure to be competitive + there weren’t many opportunities for young girls. I’ve been looking for opportunities to get back into it and the women’s football centre was perfect to get my confidence back and get the connections I needed to play again. I really want to say thank you because it really has excited and inspired me about football again!
